Truffle Raclette

Jumi’s Swiss’ expert cheesemakers make truly stellar raclette. This one recently reached our deli and really does have that extra luxurious taste to it, a perfect Winter/ Christmas luxury.

Raclette Is traditionally served with Potatoes and Pickles and this cheese makes a basic meal, really luxurious thanks to the addition of whole slices of black truffle throughout the Raclette, it’s earthy and aromatic, this is a very special addition to your next raclette night.

Served in 250g, 500g or 1kg
