Bevistan smoked cheese made using sheep milk from their very own diary. Creamy and crumbly texture with a perfect wood chip smokiness adding to the unique flavour. Bevistan diary is located in Carlton, Bedfordshire and is the only producers of sheep cheese throughout the entire region.
