Special Reserve Wensleydale
The famous Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, handcrafted by master cheese-makers to a time-honoured recipe using milk from local farms. Aged for up to 6 months producing a fuller, deeper, mature flavour with a superbly creamy, crumbly texture. Please note that this cheese is freshly cut and therefore has a best before the date of 10 days from being cut.
Made using vegetarian rennet.
