Devon Blue Cheese

Made by Robin Congden of Ticklemore Cheese in Totnes, South Devon

They are a small cheese dairy, which makes three superb hand-crafted blue cheeses:  Devon Blue, Beenleigh Blue & Harbourne Blue

Devon Blue is an excellent blue cows milk cheese, which is wrapped in foil after a few weeks and left to mature for 6 – 8 months

It develops into a buttery rich yet moist and crumbly blue cheese, with a rounded depth of flavour

This is certainly on Devon’s best cheese list.
