Bath Blue is made by Bath Soft Cheese it’s a wonderful Blue cheese it is creamy, classic blue cheese with a similar taste to a stilton.

Did you know you can only name a cheese Stilton if it is produced in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or Leicestershire. Given this is made in Bath it can’t be called Stilton!

Bath Blue has a tangy and earthy taste, it is a versatile choice to add to cheese boards, salads and sauces.
