Coming from the magnificent team at Cropwell Bishop creamery, the makers of our Stilton. Beauvale is a softer, creamier blue. The cheese is left until the rind develops a thin crust. This results with the cheese being sweet and creamy, with a buttery texture and a slight salty backnote. If left for longer you may pick up savoury, almost meaty notes.
Inspired by the creamy, milder blues from Europe like Gorgonzola Dulce.
