Apres Soleil is bought to us by our friends at Jumi Cheese. It’s a Swiss cows milk unpasteurised hard cheese. Think Vieux Comte meets a reserve Gruyere, and it’s somewhere between the two. Lots of rich Alpine flavour from high altitude grazed cows. Subtley crystalline, aged in caves for around 1 year. You know we love our Alpine cheeses and this is right up there with the best! Delicious!
