Sparkenhoe Blue cheese is made by David and Jo Clarke on Sparkenhoe farm a stones throw away from Hinckley Leicestershire. Cheese making on Sparkenohe farm dates back to the 1800’s. The Sparkenhoe Blue is a classic British cheese the only one of its kind in Leicestershire which is made using raw milk from their very own pedigree Holstein-Friesian cattle. Creamy smooth fudge type texture with a savoury finish.
