Manchego is a cheese made in the La Mancha region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. It has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture and often contains small, unevenly distributed air pockets.



Ingredients: Manchega Sheep’s Milk (Milk), Salt, Rennet, Stabilizer: Calcium Chloride, Preservative: Lysozyme (from Egg Whites), Cheese Cultures (Milk). Inedible Rind: E150d (colouring), E235, E202 (preservatives).
