Godminster Oak Smoked Vintage Organic Cheddar
Godminster take their Vintage Organic Cheddar that is made to a traditional 90 year old recipe, mature it for up to 12 months and then cold smoke it over sustainably sourced oak chippings for up to 10 hours. The result is this delicious oak smoked Cheddar that has won many awards, perhaps most notably Gold at the World Cheese Awards 2018 in the Best Smoked Cheese category.
Yummy on its own, melted on a burger or as part of the perfect cheeseboard!
