Delice de Bourgogne

Délice de Bourgogne,  is a French cow's milk cheese from the Burgundy region of France. Created by the Gastrome Brillat Savarin. The cheese is a triple cows milk cheese just like Brillat Savarin. Delice de Bourgogne is rich and creamy due to the cheese-making process creating an incredibly rich, full flavour Brie like cheese with a melt in the mouth texture.
