Baron Bigod Black Truffle Brie 275g

This stunning cheese is made from the milk of Montbeliarde cows in Bungay, Suffolk by Johnny and his team at the Fen Farm Dairy. 

The cows graze of a variety of herbs and grasses that grow on the grazing land of Stow Fen, a wildlife rich Basin Marsh. It is the only raw, Brie-de-Meaux style cheese made in the UK.

Baron Bigod has a white, bloomy rind and a smooth, silky texture with a long lasting, earthy, farmyard and mushroom flavour.

Ingredients: Raw Cow’s Milk, Geotrichum Yeast Cultures, Penicillium Mould Cultures, Animal Rennet, Salt, Raw Milk Mascarpone (19%), Summer Truffle Paste (0.1%)
