St Ivo is a beautiful ewes’ milk log with a rich, ultra-smooth and creamy texture. The centre of the log is decadent and firmer, whilst the outside is gooey and soft with a delicious natural rind. This cheese is made with pasteurised ewes’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
